• A director has the privilege of arriving in their office at any time of the day (vs. an ordinary worker).
• A formal introduction seems to be important.
• Collectivity; men's and women's days, holidays for occupational groups.
• Trade unions are weak, but labor legislation quite strict.
• People use often their holidays when they are sick instead of sickleaves.
• Sometimes working days are very long.
• Knowledge is power.
• Level of communication low.
• The phrase "I don't know" seems to be unknown.
• The line between truth and lie is not always clear.
